How to Apply

We appreciate your interest in Southridge and request that you submit your resume and covering letter through our online application process. Please follow the steps outlined below.

STEP ONE: Create Your Profile and Apply

By creating an online account and applicant profile you confirm your understanding of the TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT.

Once completed you will receive an automatic notification to confirm your application was received.

STEP TWO: Go To TeacherInsight (Teacher candidates only)

We invite you to participate in a confidential online prescreening tool called TeacherInsight (TI). TI is a web-based talent assessment tool designed by Gallup and measures talent dimensions of teacher candidates. A TI assessment must be completed in order for us to consider your application.

STEP THREE: Interview Process
We personally contact selected candidates and invite them to participate in the interview process with the hiring committee. Shortlisted teacher candidates then have the opportunity to participate in a teaching assignment. If you are not contacted, we thank you for your interest in Southridge and encourage you to keep your applicant profile up to date and apply for future positions.
