The program recognizes student achievement in a variety of personal development activities, including community service, outdoor education expeditions and skill, and physical recreation. Students can work towards three award levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Participation in the program requires a personal commitment to constructive endeavour and promotes self-discipline, self-help and self-reliance.
